As anyone who has ever seen the movie, “Get Him to the Greek” knows, the story is centered around Russell Brand‘s character, “Aldous Snow.” Well I think he’s living in my cat Hank. Hank has a textile fetish – he likes to stroke anything that makes a sound. Usually it’s the shower curtain, or the pup tent that he likes to reside in, or any bag he sees lying on the floor. It’s the funniest thing to see because we wonder what’s really going on inside his head. In the movie, Aldous Snow encourages his followers to smoke a “Jeffrey,” which is a concoction of a whole host of really harmful substances, but which doesn’t sound threatening because, “who could be afraid of a Jeffrey?” What calms him down after smoking it is stroking a furry wall. I’ve seen on YouTube other cats doing this. It really is funny to see. The other morning I woke up to Hank licking his pup tent. He was really engrossed in his fantasies because he didn’t even mind my taking pictures!
But then he’d suddenly stop and look at me like I was retarded for intruding.
